Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your project message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential project files in an initial enquiry.

How enquiries are used

When you prepare an email draft, the details stay in this page until you open your email application. Opening a draft does not send it. If online sending is enabled, submitting the form sends your name, reply address, selected interests and project outline to our business mailbox through the configured email service. We use enquiries to understand your request, respond and discuss a possible project.

Service providers and website security

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and delivers public images, videos and fonts. Online sending, when enabled, uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam verification and Cloudflare Email Service or Resend for email processing. Turnstile processes verification and technical request data, including an IP address. The sending guard stores keyed hashes and request status for rate limits and duplicate-send protection; it does not store your name, email address or message. Rate records expire after 15 minutes and request records after 24 hours; expired rows are deleted on subsequent submissions. Your email provider also processes correspondence according to its own practices.

Cookies and analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is added by the hosting layer to measure website usage and page performance. The website does not include advertising trackers. Hosting access controls may use essential authentication cookies for a private site. Your browser also caches site resources as part of normal browsing.

Keeping and correcting information

Project correspondence may be retained as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage an agreed engagement. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or discuss deletion, contact [email protected]. Any applicable recordkeeping obligations will be considered when responding.
